Koinos Capital, an independent SGR dedicated to Private Equity, enters a new and important phase of growth with the entry of Roberto De Carlo as Partner.
Roberto De Carlo joins Koinos Capital after a 10-years long experience at 21 Invest. Previously, De Carlo worked at J.P. Morgan in London in the Debt & Equity Capital Markets and Advisory divisions. He graduated with honours in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan and attended courses at NYU Stern School of Business in New York and Fudan University in Shanghai.
With this new entry, Koinos Capital aims to accelerate the path undertaken, to offer increasingly high standards of excellence, in line with the demands of leading Italian and international investors, and to support the development of portfolio companies through a targeted buy & build strategy, continuing to provide not only financial resources but also expertise and industrial vision.
