Koinos Capital SGR S.p.A. has not adopted a Commitment Policy pursuant to Article 124-quinquies of the TUF as the investment policy of the Funds managed by Koinos Capital SGR is not in principle equipped to invest in companies with shares admitted to trading in a regulated market in Italy or another member state of the European Union. The investments allowed in these companies are subject to a series of percentage limitations with respect to the fund’s assets and well-defined cases. Furthermore, it should be noted that at the date of publication referred to in this announcement, Koinos Capital SGR S.p.A. does not have in its portfolio companies with shares admitted to trading on a regulated market in Italy or in another Member State of the European Union. It will be the SGR’s responsibility to draw up and publish a Commitment Policy should the conditions arise in the future (eg establishment of UCI’s with a focus on companies listed on regulated markets or amendments to the Management Regulations of UCITS in place regarding investment in companies listed on regulated markets).
Koinos Capital SGR S.p.A. non ha adottato una Politica di Impegno ai sensi dell’articolo 124-quinquies del TUF, in quanto la politica di investimento dei Fondi gestiti da Koinos Capital SGR non è in linea di principio orientata all’investimento in società con azioni ammesse alla negoziazione in un mercato regolamentato italiano o di un altro Stato membro dell’Unione europea. Gli investimenti ammessi in tali società sono subordinati ad una serie di limitazioni percentuali rispetto agli attivi del fondo e a casistiche ben circoscritte. Inoltre, si precisa che alla data di pubblicazione di cui al presente annuncio, Koinos Capital SGR S.p.A. non ha in portafoglio società con azioni ammesse alla negoziazione in un mercato regolamentato italiano o di un altro Stato membro dell’Unione europea. Sarà cura della SGR redigere e pubblicare una Politica di Impegno laddove in futuro si verificassero i presupposti (e.g. istituzione di OICR con focus su società quotate su mercati regolamentati ovvero modifiche dei Regolamenti di Gestione degli OICR in essere in merito all’investimento in società quotate su mercati regolamentati).
