Koinos Capital SGR announces the strengthening of its structure with the entry of Andrea Munari as a member of the Board of Directors and shareholder with responsibility for the national and international development of Koinos Capital.
Andrea Munari (59 years old) joins Koinos Capital and brings over 35 years of experience in the world of finance, he was CEO of Credito Fondiario and previously General Manager of Banca IMI. In his professional experience he worked as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital in London and Paris. Appointed CEO of BNL Group (BNP Paribas) in 2015, he held this position until April 2021, when he was appointed Chairman of the Group, a position he will continue to hold.
